Fresh Large Lasagna
Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 325F. Cook covered with foil in oven for 35-40 minutes and then uncovered for another 10-15 minutes to crisp the top. Best to allow cooked lasagna to rest for 25-30 mins before serving. Cooking time may vary oven to oven. 
 

Frozen Large Lasagna

*For best results, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge day prior to serving*

Frozen Ricotta Gnocchi
Cooking Instructions: Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in gnocchi (from frozen). Cook on medium-high heat until they float. When they float, they’re done. Remove the gnocchi from water and add to a pre-heated pan with oil. Sear on medium heat until golden brown on each side. Add butter. Once melted, pair with your choice of sauce (we recommend our tomato sauce) and sprinkle with parmesan. Cooking time may vary oven to oven.

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Place meatballs in oven-safe pan and place in oven. Cook for 25-40 mins, until internal temperature reaches 160F.

Chef’s Tip: Prior to cooking in the oven, sear the meatballs in an oiled frying pan on medium heat until browned. Then place meatballs in oven-safe pan and place in oven with tomato sauce. Braise together in oven until internal temp reaches 160F. Cooking time may vary oven to oven.

Pizza Dough Ball
Cooking Instructions: Thaw in fridge one day before using. Let rest out of fridge 1-2 hours before using, until the dough is room temperature. Dough can make one large 16" pizza, or multiple small pizzas. Flour the surface you plan to work on and knead/roll out the dough to the desired size/thickness you want. For crust, roll up the edges to your desired fullness. Add toppings and cook in oven at 400F for 15-25 minutes or to your preferred doneness. Cooking time may vary oven to oven.

*Remove from freezer and thaw in fridge day prior to serving*
Heating Instructions:

Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 325F. Place Brisket in oven-safe dish, adding liquid (Beef Stock), if need be, to keep moist. Heat until brisket reaches internal temp of 145F.

Microwave reheating Instructions: Remove Brisket from bag & place in microwaveable container. Heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Cooking time may vary oven to oven.

Heating Instructions:

Oven: Preheat oven to 250F. Place pulled pork in oven-safe dish, adding liquid if need be to keep moist. Heat until pulled pork reaches internal temp of 165F.

Microwave Instructions: Remove pulled pork from bag & place in microwaveable container. Heat for about 1.5 - 2 minutes or until hot. Cooking time may vary oven to oven.
